- Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and help ensure leadership stays organized and on schedule.
- Loan & Pipeline Coordination: Assist with tracking active construction loans, organizing documentation, and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting.
- Client & Partner Communication: Serve as a point of contact for borrowers, builders, and internal teams to gather documentation and coordinate next steps.
- Documentation & File Management: Maintain organized digital files, loan documentation, and CRM records to support efficient deal execution.
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare reports, summaries, and presentation materials to support leadership and production tracking.
- Process & Technology Support: Identify opportunities to improve organization and efficiency through better use of technology and workflow improvements.
- Special Projects: Assist with marketing initiatives, industry events, and other operational projects as needed.
- Experience: 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or operations experience (financial services, lending, or real estate preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or database management platforms.
