Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Admin Assistant
HC Company is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Boise office. This role is thefirst impression of our company and plays an important part in maintaining a professional and well-run office environment.
The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and takes pride in keeping things organized while supporting a busy team. If you enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and helping an office run smoothly, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll DoFront Desk & Visitor Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk area
Office Operations Support
- Maintain office and breakroom supplies and manage basic inventory
- Support organization and cleanliness of shared office spaces
- Coordinate simple office maintenance requests and vendor communication with the HR Manager
- Assist with occasional errands such as shipping or supply runs
- Maintain organized office records related to equipment and facilities
Meeting & Administrative Support
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings and assist with setup/cleanup
- Coordinate meeting needs such as room reservations or catering orders
- Ensure conference rooms remain stocked and ready for use
- Provide basic assistance with conference room technology and AV connections
- Assist with document preparation including copying, scanning, and binding
- Route internal requests related to phones, IT issues, or office needs
- Experience in areceptionist, administrative, or office support role preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company positively
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in afast-paced office environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Adobe, and office phone systems
- Location: Boise,
- Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
- Compensation: $19 – $21 per hour
