We are excited to announce an open part-time position at our growing retirement planning firm in Boise, . We are seeking an Office Administrator with recent administrative experience. The main role is to manage Advisors' calendars, follow up with clients, and support events. We are looking for a team player who believes in our mission statement and will work diligently to help serve our clients.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent phone and computer skills
  • Confidence in learning new software, calendars, and other tools
  • Ability to take initiative and complete tasks without being asked or reminded
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Ability to prioritize and manage timelines of projects and tasks efficiently
  • Experience with a CRM is preferred
  • Patient and able to remain calm when frustrated
  • Accountable, professional, and honest with integrity
  • Receptive to constructive criticism
  • Kind and understanding of others, with an eagerness to learn and humility
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage newsletter
  • Schedule client appointments and send appointment reminders
  • Organize and execute events, including education events, registration, reminder calls, and attendance
  • Maintain CRM software and update client communications
  • Perform light office cleaning duties and handle document scanning, shredding, and filing of important and sensitive documents
  • Compensation: $19/hr. – $21/hr. based on experience
Hours and Compensation
  • Part-time position – 10 to 20 hours per week
  • Some evenings and weekends may be required occasionally for special events
  • Opportunity to transition to full-time employment
