The Senior Accountant will manage tax and accounting engagements, provide proactive financial consulting, and foster long-term client relationships. • $100K base salary with performance-based incentives

• Manage and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax compliance engagements
• Lead compilation and review engagements in alignment with professional standards
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services tailored to client goals
• Oversee and optimize client accounting systems and financial processes
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a productive, high-performing culture

• Active CPA license required, with 5–7+ years’ public accounting experience
• Expertise in tax compliance, compilations, reviews, and client consulting
• Proficient with CCH Pro System fx (1040), Thomson Reuters Creative Solutions / Ultra Tax, Quick Books, and in-house financial statement software
• Strong cultural fit: highly productive, relational, humble, and client-care focused
• Skilled at managing complex, multifaceted client structures (real estate, medical, franchises)

This position offers a competitive base salary of $100K, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and retirement coverage.
