Job Description

Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.

Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization. Develop and maximize Resideo presence and market share in designated accounts and territories. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization. This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.

Requirements
  • 3‑5 years of minimum experience in the Pro‑AV industry
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
  • Live within the sales territory of Elmsford, Brooklyn, Queens, Plainview, and/or Bohemia, NY

Compensation

Hiring Salary Range:
The typical hiring salary for this role ranges from USD $69,496.26 to $ per year, although it may vary by specific work location. Incentive Eligible (SIP):
This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus of up to 53.85 % of your annual salary, prorated based on hire date. Attaining your sales target qualifies you for 100 % of your annual sales incentive, and surpassing sales targets during the performance period enables you to earn additional incentive pay. Benefits:
