The OpportunityWe’re hiring a high-profile Sales Manager / Sales Account Executive to drive significant growth—by opening new doors and expanding key relationships.
You’ll focus on bringing in business from:
- Theme parks
- Family Entertainment Centers (FECs) and experiential venues (laser tag arenas, bowling alleys, go-kart tracks, gaming/kids party rooms, etc.)
- Other printers who need specialized contract printing / production partners
This role is a mix of hunter + warm leads. If you’re a relationship-first seller who can spot opportunities, pitch creative solutions, and keep a pipeline moving, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do New Business Development- Prospect and connect with decision-makers in target industries (theme parks, family entertainment centers, experiential venues, and contract print partners).
- Build outreach lists, run consistent follow-up, and book meetings.
- Pitch creative solutions and win new accounts.
- Identify networking opportunities that generate real pipeline.
- Relationship Management (Warm Leads + Existing Accounts)
- Build trust and rapport with new and existing clients.
- Stay in touch, provide updates, and ensure clients feel supported.
- Suggest new ideas and products that help clients shine.
- Gather project details, specs, and artwork from clients.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver accurate - quotes, digital mockups & final product.
- Ensure smooth handoff of orders, track progress, and resolve client concerns.
- Stay curious about trends in experiential environments and specialty printing.
- Share insights and feedback to help us improve.
- Work closely with the Glowtronics team to deliver memorable client experiences.
- Keep leads, activities, and client communications organized.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, wins, and next steps.

- Proven B2B sales success selling into theme parks and/or family entertainment centers (laser tag, bowling, go-karts, gaming/kids party venues, pickleball, etc.).
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Printing/production knowledge (or experience selling custom/manufactured products with specs, timelines, proofs, and approvals).
- Comfortable coordinating complex, custom projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organized: pipeline management, follow-ups, and clear communication.
