Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Account Manager located in Bohemia, NY. The Account Manager _ be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing rental orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the successful execution of events. Key responsibilities include preparing quotes, handling inquiries, addressing client needs, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and setup of equipment.

Additionally, the Account Manager will help identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare quotes and manage rental orders.
  • Coordinate logistics and execute events successfully.
  • Handle inquiries, address client dari needs, and resolve issues.

Qualifications
