This position is 100% onsite at our Bohemia, NY location.

This is a Part Time position of 20-24 hours per week.

This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License.

PDC, an AS9100-registered electronics manufacturer, is seeking a part-time Calibration Coordinator to support our quality system by managing calibration activities. This temporary role (20 hours/week) ensures compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements through effective coordination and record‑keeping. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who can work independently, solve problems proactively, and push through obstacles without constant direction. Calibration activities will be tracked using Gage Pack
.

• Schedule and track calibration of all measurement and test equipment using Gage Pack.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate with external calibration service providers.
• Monitor due dates and issue reminders to equipment owners.
• Support audits by preparing calibration documentation.
• Assist with nonconforming equipment identification and follow‑up.
• Work through routine challenges with minimal supervision.

• Experience in calibration or quality systems in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Gage Pack or similar calibration software
• Knowledge of AS9100 and basic metrology principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

20 hours per week; flexible within standard business hours
