The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, must take a hands‑on approach to their work, be flexible in their duties, and be a proven self‑starter.

• Perform tests in the lab in accordance with written procedures
• Assist with data collection
• Assist with report generation
• Prepare test samples for testing
• Prioritize test samples by due dates
• Interact with customers when needed
• Document setup using standard paperwork
• Work in different areas of the lab as required based on workload

• High school diploma required
• Lab experience a plus
• Capable of prioritizing different tasks to meet schedules
• Willing and able to work overtime
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and customers
• Detail‑oriented and able to follow instructions without deviation

• Hands‑on experience
• Able to independently and in a team environment
