What You’ll Do- Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
- Write up repair orders and communicate vehicle needs clearly
- Present estimates and explain recommended services with confidence
- Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow up with customers and make sure every experience ends on a positive note
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence discussing services and closing sales professionally
- Detail‑oriented and organized under pressure
- A positive attitude and team‑focused mindset
- Experience in customer service, retail, or automotive sales preferred
