Qualifications
- Pengalaman memasak min 2 tahun (resto, cafe, atau catering sederhana)
- Menguasai masakan Indonesia & beberapa menu western sederhana (pasta, sandwich, salad)
- Mampu menyusun menu sederhana namun menarik
- Paham food cost & manajemen bahan makanan
- Terbiasa belanja dan mengatur stok Bahan
- Teliti, bersih, dan paham standar kebersur (hygiene)
- Siap terlibat dalam case pre-opening (set up dapur, alat, menu, sop)
- Mampu multitasking: masak, plating, kontrol bahan, bantu waitress & belanja
- Jujur, komunikatif, dan bertanggung jawab, dan bisa memimpin tim kecil
