Production Manager

Minimum education required is a bachelor's degree (S1) in a major related to Pharmacist, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

A minimum of ten years of experience as a Production Manager in the cosmetic manufacture.

Possess leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Capable of formulating plans and strategies and implementing them in the field while understanding the production process.

Willing to work at Bogor plant.

Monitor the overall performance of the factory in the production department.

Ensure that the cosmetic products produced meet safety, quality, and benefit requirements.

Control the quality of the production process, minimizing waste and errors.

Organize, direct, and coordinate all aspects related to the production operational process.

Direct and supervise each production activity and production workforce.

Work closely with R&D, Quality Control, Marketing, and Supply Chain for new product development, scale-up, and smooth launches.

Provide suggestions and corrective actions for production problems.

Implement continuous improvements in the Production Department.

Manage the maintenance of production equipment and machinery.

Broaden your knowledge and experience in the cosmetic industry.
