Handle guest check in and check out procedures accurately and efficiently.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests and complaints.
Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
Manage room assignments, room changes and special guest request.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and security standards.
Report any unsual incidents, guest isues or operational concerns to the supervisor.
Ensure accuracy of billing, postings, and financial transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the desk area at all times.
Requirements- Associate Degree (D3) in Hospitality or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communication or Tourism is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the hotel industry.
- Possession of a competency certificate from a reputable training institution is preferred.
- Proficient in using VMS or other hotel systems, Microsoft Office tools, Canva, Knowledge of reservations method, Familiarity with guest data privacy and security standards, Able to operate office equipment such as computers, printer and POS systems, Ability to use email and other basic office applications.
- Professional proficiency in spoken English will be highly preferred.
