About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to lead and optimise revenue performance across our hotel and resort portfolio in Bali
. This role is ideal for a commercially minded hospitality professional with a strong understanding of the Bali market, proven pricing strategies, and hands on experience driving results in competitive resort destinations.

You will be responsible for maximising room revenue, forecasting demand, and implementing data driven strategies while working closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective revenue management strategies to maximise RevPAR, ADR and occupancy
  • Analyse market trends, demand patterns and competitor pricing within the Bali hotel and resort market
  • Manage pricing, inventory and distribution across all channels (OTAs, direct, wholesale, corporate)
  • Produce accurate forecasts, budgets and performance reports
  • Optimise channel mix and oversee rate parity and yield strategies
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align commercial objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate promotional campaigns and seasonal pricing strategies
  • Implement and manage revenue management systems and tools
About You
  • Minimum 3–5+ years’ experience in a Revenue Manager (or similar) role within hotels or resorts
  • Strong experience in the Bali hospitality market is essential
  • Proven track record of improving revenue performance in resort or leisure focused properties
  • Advanced analytical, forecasting and reporting skills
  • Strong knowledge of OTAs, channel management and distribution strategies
  • Experience with revenue management systems (e.g. RMS, PMS, channel managers)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially focused, proactive and detail oriented
