Sales Manager – Water - Pt Alfa

The Sales Manager – Water Products is responsible for expanding Alfa Valves’ presence in the water and wastewater sector
, driving sales to municipalities, contractors, utilities, and industrial customers.

• Lead sales activities for water-related valve products
• Develop and manage key accounts including government projects, utilities, and contractors
• Identify project opportunities in water supply, wastewater, and infrastructure sectors
• Coordinate bidding, tender submissions, and project negotiations
• Build and manage distributor and partner networks
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct product selection and compliance
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in water infrastructure, valves, or piping systems
• Strong knowledge of water industry standards and project-based sales
• Experience handling tenders and government-related projects is an advantage
• Strong relationship-building and commercial skills
• High level of independence and results-driven mindset
