Job Purpose
Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating employee training and development programs to support organizational growth, improve employee skills, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities Training Needs Analysis (TNA)- Identify training needs by consulting with department heads and analyzing performance gaps.
- Develop annual training plans based on organizational objectives and employee competency requirements.
- Design and develop training modules, materials, and schedules (both technical and soft skills).
- Ensure training content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with company culture and service standards.
- Organize and facilitate internal/external training programs, workshops, and on-the-job learning.
- Coordinate with external trainers, institutions, and vendors when needed.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, post-training evaluations, and performance improvements.
- Continuously improve training content and methods based on evaluation results.
- Support career pathing, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Encourage continuous learning and professional growth across all levels.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly reports on training activities and budgets.
- Assist in developing and managing the annual training budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in Training & Development or related HR function.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with training methods, learning management systems (LMS), and adult learning principles.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- (Preferred for F&B:) Knowledge of F&B operations and service standards is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Creative and proactive in learning methods.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
