• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Global Politics classes.
• Conduct engaging and interactive demonstrations and experiments to enhance student understanding.
• Teach fundamental principles and concepts in Global Politics, including laws and theories.
• Provide individualized support to students to reinforce learning and address misconceptions.
• Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and reports, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages inquiry and critical thinking.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and integrate interdisciplinary connections.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in the subject area of Global Politics or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in the educational field.
• Experience in teaching IB Diploma Program and Cambridge Upper Secondary.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑organized and committed.
• Creative and energetic.
• Strong moral values and discipline.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office, Google Drive.
