Advisor I, Customer Service – English

- Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual KPIs.
- Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision‑support tools to provide an appropriate resolution.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner following agreed procedures.
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.
- Prepare complete and accurate work, including proper account notation as required.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Offer additional products and/or services when appropriate.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in the call‑tracking database.
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
- High school diploma and 3–6 months of relevant experience (or two years of college education in the Philippines).
- Courteous with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in multi‑tasking and flexible to adapt to changes quickly.
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast‑paced, high‑production environment.
- Ability to work as a team member and independently.
- Demonstrates patience, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone.
- Ability to rotate shifts as needed.
- Additional experience/skills may be required depending on location and/or program; requirements will not contravene local laws.
The Advisor I role is starter level, performing routine tasks within simple processes under close supervision, and demonstrating familiarity with client terminology, operating standards, and procedures.
