Strategic Planning Officer

What You Will Do

Support the development and implementation of organisational strategic plans and key initiatives

Conduct strategic analysis on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape

Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and organisational performance indicators

Prepare strategic reports, insights, and presentations from business or operations perspectives to support management discussions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution

Analyse organisational performance data and provide recommendations to support management decision-making

Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

Support business process redesign and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness and service quality

Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of strategic plans and recommend adjustments when necessary

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning or corporate strategy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information

Ability to translate analysis into clear strategic insights and actionable recommendations

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience in business process improvement or Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is an advantage

Familiarity with KPI (balance scorecard or OKR) performance monitoring, strategic initiatives, or organisational improvement projects

Experience with
Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement frameworks is a plus
