Leading worldwide holding company with various lines of business in Hospitality, Integrated Adventure Land, Retail, Fashion and F&B, looking for Business Development Manager.

This is a full time on-site role for the new 360 hectares Luxury Adventure Land in West Java, as a Business Development Manager I (Holding) located in Jakarta and some mandatory visit to HQ. Responsible for generate revenue and leads, identifying new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships, as well as managing existing relationships with clients. Additionally you will have to developing and implementing Business Plans, coordinating with other departments within the company, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.

• A bachelor degree in Hospitality and or at least 3 years of work experience in sales of Hotel Resorts, preferable International or reputable chain hotel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and convert business opportunities into revenue.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• People person and Team work.
• Proficiency in CRM system.
