Responsibilities
- Pengelolaan administrasi dan dokumen perusahaan (personalia)
- Pengurusan pengadaan barang/jasa serta koordinasi terkait Operasional Perusahaan
- Pengelolaan kegiatan perusahaan seperti rekrutmen, onboarding, event, dan perjalanan dinas
- Pembantu dokumen terkait HRGA
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, sopan, dan mampu membangun hubungan kerja yang profesional
- Teliti, terorganisir, dan cermat dalam menyusun serta mengarsipkan dokumen
- Mampu mengoperasikan perangkat komputer, khususnya Microsoft Word dan Excel/Google Sheet (Level Expert)
