Position: Account Payable Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Account Payable professional to join our growing Finance team.

Jobdesc:

Verify vendor invoices & supporting documents before payment processing
Coordinate with Accounting for CoA accuracy
Perform AP reconciliation & support monthly closing
Maintain strict anti-fraud compliance & data confidentiality
Identify process improvements & cost-saving opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business
Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Payable
Strong Excel skills & accounting software proficiency
High attention to detail & analytical thinking
Strong integrity, communication & problem-solving skills
Experience in F&B industry is a plus
