Warehouse Operative

About the Role

We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a large, well-established distribution center based in Bognor Regis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced logistics environment, supporting the storage, picking, packing and dispatch of products across the UK and internationally.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in accuracy and productivity.

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading goods using manual handling equipment
• Operating handheld scanners and following system instructions
• Replenishing stock and maintaining correct inventory levels
• Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
• Working to daily productivity targets and quality standards

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player
• Able to follow written processes and safety procedures

This role will operate as a Monday to Friday position with the hours being 9:00 - 17:00. If you have previous experience or are looking for an entry level role please reach out.
