Job Overview

Housing Officer – Part‑time (16 hours per week) at Bognor Regis, Bognor Regis.

Salary £10,949.12 per annum.
Contract Permanent. The Aldingbourne Trust is a charity supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently.

• Assist tenants with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs in maintaining their tenancies across Bognor and surrounding areas.
• Promote positive neighbour relationships and encourage compliance with tenancy conditions.
• Maintain accurate records and use Microsoft Word and Excel to support day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Manage multiple property‑related workloads simultaneously, demonstrating strong self‑organisation and multitasking skills.
• Make confident decisions within your remit and communicate clearly with support services, external agencies, contractors and landlords to ensure smooth service delivery and positive outcomes for tenants.

• Relevant experience in housing, property management or a related field.
• Strong decision‑making ability and clear communication skills.
• Self‑organised with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Confidence in working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

Interviews will take place in the first week of March 2026.
