Air Conditioning Engineer - Static site! Bognor Regis, PO21. Salary - up to £45,000. Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00.

We are recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer to join a large, well-established facilities management provider supporting a nationally recognised seaside holiday resort in Bognor Regis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a secure, long-term contract within a vibrant coastal entertainment complex featuring accommodation, leisure facilities, and high-footfall public spaces. In this role you will join a team of engineers carrying out various pieces of HVAC and building maintenance as well as assisting others across the resort. Right now is an exciting time to join in this position as it is a brand new contract taking effect from 1st April 2026.

• F-Gas Category 1 (Essential)
• C&G Level 1, 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check (mandatory due to site requirements)
• Full UK driving license
