Business Manager – Stepping Stones Nursery & Southway Primary School
Hours of work: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £46,000 to £50,000 FTE, per annum
We are seeking an exceptional Business Manager to play a key strategic and operational role across Southway Primary School and Stepping Stones Day Nursery. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Teams and make a significant impact on the effectiveness, efficiency, and long-term success of both settings.
As Business Manager, you will lead and manage all business functions, including finance, HR, premises, health and safety, administration, data protection, ICT, and compliance. Working closely with the Principal, Nursery Management, and the Executive Business Manager, you will ensure our resources are used effectively, statutory requirements are met, and both organisations are fully supported to deliver high‑quality education and care.
