Support Workers (FULL TIME 37.5 Hours & PART TIME from 15 Hours)

Salary £12.60 per hour, 24,570 FULL TIME Hours 37.5 pw (PART TIME equivalent £12.60) to include weekends, bank holidays, evenings subject to rotas.

We are seeking full time Support Workers to join our friendly team at our Supported Living Project in central Bognor Regis, close to the busy town centre, with excellent transport links. We offer a stable, supportive company, with great benefits and career progression.

You will be part of the Aldingbourne Trust and responsible for helping our tenants to live the lives they choose safely, while developing their own independence. Our team supports 23 independently living adults with autism and/or learning disabilities, living within their own flats and homes, with their day-to-day activities. You will work as part of a team with staff and the people we support to ensure that the emotional, social, medical and material needs of people are recognised, assessed and met.

You are expected to meet the requirements of the Care Standards Act and Regulations, ensuring your work meets the standards set out by the Care Quality Commission and other legal requirements including the West Sussex Safeguarding and Medication policies.

NOTE: The Aldingbourne Trust is unable to provide sponsorship to jobseekers looking to enter the UK on a Skilled Worker Visa.

• Over the age of 18
• Flexible to work on a rota to fit the needs of the project and the people we support (including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins)
