As an Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement, following both the person's needs and the person‑centred support plan. You will maintain accurate records, administer personal care and medication as required, and be available to cover sleep sessions, for which you will receive an additional £60 per session.

Ashley Place is a residential care home on the seafront, close to the town centre. It offers state‑of‑the‑art equipment, personalised care, and a range of disability and rehabilitation services for people in the community and in their own homes, alongside wellbeing and respite stays.
