Job Summary: The Driver/Support Coordinator will be responsible for picking up and delivering vehicles and making other types of deliveries as needed. This role is instrumental in managing our vehicle inventory and providing essential support to various departments, including sales.

Responsibilities of the Driver/Support Coordinator:

  • Straighten cars on the lot to maintain an organized and visually appealing display.
  • Deliver cars to the dealership and customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Catalog and store keys, owner's manuals, and other relevant documents for easy access.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to detect any damage or issues, reporting findings to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable before delivery to customers or display on the lot.
  • Assist in other duties as assigned by management to support overall dealership operations.

Qualifications of the Driver/Support Coordinator:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but NOT required. We train people from all levels and backgrounds.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Practices safe driving skills.
  • Available on a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time, walk quickly and run.
  • Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
  • Ability to communicate customer's interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Valid US Driver's license.
  • Able to pass drug screening, background check and motor vehicle record check.
  • Able to work some Saturdays and some holidays. (5 major holidays are paid time off).
