• Staying up to date on new products, incentives, and training
• Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including 12+ units per month
• Maintaining high CSI scores and delivering a top‑tier customer experience

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• A team‑player mindset with a drive to win
• Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
