The Clubs of Cordillera are seeking a full-time Food Runner/Expo to join our Food and Beverage team. We hire individuals that are committed to providing remarkable member experiences and changing the standard of hospitality. Responsibilities- Maintains a neat, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Prepping the expo line as needed.
- Understanding sequence of service steps, training is available.
- Ensuring food arrives to members in a timely manner, with proper plating.
- Ensuring all plates and supplies are properly cleaned and presentable for service with no defects.
- Having the necessary menu knowledge to assist members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
