• Provide specialized care:
  Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Administer medication with expertise:
  Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Thorough documentation:
  Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Empower patients and families:
  Educate patients and families on the disease process, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.

MGA is in search of high‑tech nurses to work days, nights, and weekends in the Boerne and north San Antonio areas.

• Competitive Compensation: RNs $34 to $41 per hour; LVNs $23 to $32 per hour.
• Day, night and weekend shifts available for patients in Bulverde, Texas.
• Compensation depends on experience, tenure, and number of hours worked. The bottom range is for little to no experience with 30 hours per week; the top range is for highly skilled clinicians exceeding 30 hours per week.

• Current Texas RN or LVN Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Attention to detail.
• Time management skills.
• Effective problem‑solving and conflict resolution.
• Good organization and effective communication.
• Six (6) months of recent experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred).
• Home health experience (preferred).
