Job Description & How to Apply Below

Cibolo Creek Brewing Co
. is looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual to join our production team in Boerne. This is a unique, hybrid role perfect for someone looking to immerse themselves in both the “cold side” and “hot side” of craft beer production.

The Role

This is a part-time position providing approximately 12–18 hours per week of direct brewery labor. You will work closely with our brewing team to maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cellar Work:
Monitoring fermentations, yeast harvesting, carbonation checks, and meticulous cleaning of tanks (CIP/SIP).
  • Brewhouse Support:
Assisting with grain out, milling, and general brewhouse maintenance.
  • Packaging:
Assisting with canning, kegging and potential small-batch packaging runs.
  • Sanitation:
Keeping the brewery floor, drains, and equipment spotless—because brewing is 90% cleaning!
Flexible Hours & Cross-Training

We understand that 12–18 hours might not be a full plate for everyone. If you are looking for more consistent hours (up to full-time equivalent), we have Front of House (FOH) positions available running food at the brewpub.

This is a great way to earn extra income while becoming an expert on our brand and seeing the beer you helped brew get into the hands of our community.

Requirements
  • A strong passion for craft beer and the brewing process.
  • Ability to lift 55+ lbs (grain bags) and maneuver full kegs.
  • Willingness to work in a wet, loud, and physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and sanitation.
  • Prior brewery experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a “can-do” attitude.
