Construction Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple ground-up, multi-story commercial construction projects simultaneously. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of buyouts, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and meetings—no APMs or PE support. Experience across a variety of sectors is highly valued.

Our client builds for public, private and military customers providing a wide range of services for schools, commercial developments, retail developments, hospitals and self-storage facilities.

• Manage 2-3 ground-up, multi-story commercial projects at a time from pre-construction through closeout
• Conduct buyouts, write contracts, and manage RFIs/submittals independently
• Run project meetings and maintain all project documentation
• Use Red Team or similar PM software and MS Project for scheduling
• Work across projects for public, private, and military clients, including schools, commercial developments, retail developments, hospitals, and self-storage facilities

• Proven experience managing ground-up, multi-story commercial construction projects (steel/concrete/elevator)
• Experience running projects within the following sectors strongly preferred: schools, commercial developments, retail developments, hospitals and self-storage facilities.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Travel throughout Texas (if applicable)
