Front Desk Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Supervisor at Double Tree by Hilton located in Boerne, TX. The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient guest services. Responsibilities include managing the front desk staff, maintaining exceptional customer relations, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring an efficient check-in and check-out process. The supervisor will also monitor staff performance, provide training, and uphold Hilton’s high standards of hospitality and service.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills to manage, guide, and support staff
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple communication channels effectively
• Experience in receptionist duties, including front desk operations and scheduling
• Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and office tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry preferred
