Hourly Pay: $22 – $28/hour, based on experience and availability

We are currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy services to children in the Setter field area. This role is ideal for an RBT who enjoys meaningful work, team collaboration, and clear expectations. Training, supervision, and support are provided by our experienced clinical leadership.

• Implement individualized intervention plans based on BCBA direction
• Collect accurate and timely session data
• Communicate with supervisors and caregivers as needed
• Maintain professionalism and follow agency policies
• Support client skill acquisition and behavior goals

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sessions (in-home or clinic depending on assignment)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
