Under the supervision of the Sanitarian Administrator, the purpose of the position is to ensure that all food service establishments operating in the city and county, are in compliance with all applicable statutes, orders, ordinances, and regulations in order to protect the public health. Assists the Sanitarian Administrator in administering the County Order regulating food service establishments, including the collection of required fees;

conducting periodic inspections of food service establishments and other food service facilities subject to regulation located in Kendall County and City of Boerne. Also, acts on complaints and concerns regarding food service establishments.
