• Provide in‑home and community services for individuals with disabilities and related conditions.
• Create tailored goals to meet the needs of individual clients.
• Submit timely documentation including weekly invoicing, progress notes, quarterly reports, and related paperwork.
• Conduct Initial Evaluations for new clients, write goals and objectives, and determine recommended frequency of services.

• Experience working with people with disabilities and/or dual diagnosis.
• Vast knowledge of Massage Therapy techniques for varying impairments and/or disabilities.
• Ability to create goals and ongoing treatment plans for clients.
• Ability to travel to clients and provide in‑home Massage Therapy services.

• Must be able to travel to current or prospective clients’ homes.
• Must be able to communicate with health care professionals, clients, families, and the general public through verbal and written communication.
• Must have access to a private personal laptop or desktop computer for HIPAA compliance.
• Track SMART goals and progress through weekly documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader.
• Implement patient care plans through goal‑related activities.
• Able to work independently, manage one’s own time and the time of client(s).

• LMT Certification.
• CPR/AED Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association only).
• License to practice within the state of Texas.
• Driver’s License.
• Social Security Card.
• Professional Liability Insurance.
