Responsibilities

• Present and explain dental treatment plans and procedures to patients
• Review insurance benefits and provide accurate financial estimates
• Discuss payment options and collect deposits when applicable
• Coordinate and schedule treatment efficiently
• Submit and track pre-authorizations
• Follow up with patients on pending or declined treatment
• Work closely with clinical and front office teams to support production goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior dental treatment coordination experience
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is a plus
