* Effectively communicate between M5 Project Management Team, Foreman, and Field Teams.
* Efficiently oversee multiple projects to assist in completing the scope of work within a given budget
* Review construction plans, communicate with Clients and Engineers to execute a set plan in order to exceed customer expectations.
* Create a productive construction timeline and work with Foreman engaging in the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of underground utility installation.
* Manage job costs, budget, schedule of values, and material invoice tracking to stay within project estimated Work In Progress budget.
* Maintain an As Built construction set of plans using Plan Grid, Blue Beam, or other software.
* Monitor Jobsites to ensure quality work is being performed correctly per plan.
* Monitor Jobsites to ensure safe work practices at all times.
