, is hiring an Automotive Accounting & Title Clerk to support our fast-growing dealership. This role is responsible for ensuring all vehicle deals are accurately processed, funded, and titled in compliance with dealership and state requirements.

• Process and submit new and used vehicle titles and registrations
• Post deals, funding, and payoffs in the dealership DMS
• Reconcile sales, receivables, and flooring
• Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Work with lenders, DMVs, and internal teams to resolve title and funding issues
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

• 3+ years dealership title or automotive accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Experience with dealership DMS - Dealer Track is a plus
