Spa Therapist

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Spa Therapist to join our luxury hotel team in Bodrum.

We are specifically looking for candidates of Indonesian / Balinese nationality with strong traditional massage knowledge and luxury hospitality experience.

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including Balinese massage, deep tissue, relaxation and body therapies
• Deliver exceptional guest service in line with luxury hospitality standards
• Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation within treatment rooms
• Ensure all treatments are performed according to established protocols and safety standards
• Build positive relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Promote spa services and retail products when appropriate
• Support overall spa operations and assist team members when required

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or resort
• Certification in massage therapy and body treatments
• Strong knowledge of traditional Balinese techniques preferred
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Guest-oriented mindset with attention to detail
