Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Experience in working with and directing advertising agencies
- Handle all advertising enquiries
- Monitor the approved budget for local advertising
- Assist with writing and proofreading all Hotel, Spa and F&B written collaterals
- Collate all necessary materials for printing
- Ensure all collaterals are updated and current
- Ensure adherence to MOHG Corporate Identity guidelines for all promotional material and advertising
- Work with Director of Marketing & Communications to cross-check all collateral work
- Asist DOMC with the production of materials for Direct Mail activities
- To liaise with the design company to produce creative and quality mail pieces, working with the mailing house to ensure that the creative piece is appropriate to the audience and adheres to MOHG CID
- To ensure that all direct mail campaigns are quantifiable and produce assessments as to the success of each activity undertaken Follow up media visits from overseas in conjunction with DOMC
- Keep press kit and photographic library updated
- Be familiar with the Group PR Manual.
- Prepare guest information letters.
- Record all press enquiries on a daily basis
- Excellent use of Microsoft suite of programs
- Excellent use of local language and English
- Must be able to work as part of a team, as well as on their own initiative, self driven
- Experience in working with and directing advertising agencies
- Knowledge of photography and cataloguing processes
- Experience in production and printing skills
- Experience in writing skills – copy writing
- Experience in database management and Direct Mail
- Experience in overseeing and working to a budget
