Responsibilities- Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
- Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
- Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
- Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
- Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

Qualifications & Experience- Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
- Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
- Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
- The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
- The ability to work as part of a dynamic experienced team, have a great sense of humour and have the ability to deliver support in a fast paced service

Pay & Employment Details- Pay £13.21 per hour, (£25,838 per annum, pro rata) plus 34 days leave (rising to 39 inc bank holidays and a Me day)
- Permanent, part time (22.5 hpw) Bodmin, Cornwall
- We can t offer a CoS for this role
- Working days to be discussed at interview (3 days of 7.5 hrs per day) usually Monday to Fri between 9am and 5pm; some weekend or evening flexibility may be required
- Your base will be in Bodmin (at our St Nicholas House Service); you will work from here and the surrounding areas, with some admin time based in service
- Although you ll lone work, we do get together regularly for assessments, training and team meetings
- You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)
