We are looking to recruit a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our nursing team for Anchor Ward at Bodmin Community Hospital. The role will involve:
- Delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care to predominantly elderly patients.
- Working collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team and supporting the ongoing development of the ward.
- Participating in nurse‑led care and contributing to diverse care pathways, including palliative care, medical, surgical, orthopaedic, alcohol detox, amputation care and the Woodfield Stroke rehabilitation unit.
- Undertaking a range of long days and night duties on a rotational basis to support 24‑hour nursing care, seven days per week.
- Providing flexible support across North and East Cornwall Locality Community Hospitals as service needs require.

Person Specification- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Evidence of team working
- ENB or equivalent teaching and assessing qualification
- Experience working within a community hospital and caring for elderly patients; ENB 941 an advantage
- Leadership skills
- Well organised
- Flexibility to meet service needs

Salary: £31,049 to £37,796 per annum (pro‑rated).
