Warehouse Associate

We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in the Boca Raton area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, staying organized, and supporting both warehouse operations and basic office coordination.

This is a dynamic role combining warehouse operations with light administrative support:

• Assemble containers and crates, pack goods for shipment, and prepare shipping documentation
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Inspect incoming goods against invoices, report shortages, and reject damaged items
• Unpack, label, and route products to appropriate storage locations
  
  Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material‑handling equipment
• Follow safe storage and handling procedures for all materials

• Enter customer and internal orders accurately into the system
• Assist with inventory maintenance and basic stock tracking
• Handle office purchasing and supplies (basic office coordination)
• Support general administrative tasks related to warehouse and office operations as needed

You:

• Have previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations
• Are in good physical condition and comfortable with hands‑on work
• Are dependable, organized, and enjoy working with others
• Are flexible with your schedule when needed
• Are legally authorized to work in the United States
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and can manage priorities under pressure
• Meet deadlines with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude
• Can work independently while also being a strong team player
