Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and development of new features in , with a focus on Service Cloud.
• Mentor team members and help build  domain knowledge.
• Analyze business issues and technical problems independently, providing logical solutions.
• Design and develop enterprise applications using Apex, Visual Force, and database technologies. Contribute as a hands-on technical team member.
• Participate in product releases, including requirement reviews, development, deployment, environment setup, and documentation.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and testing coordination with QA.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time.
• Develop expertise in additional modules within the product.
• Communicate status, metrics, and issues regularly.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to define standards for order processes from an Omni Channel perspective.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the team and advise senior management on organizational issues.

Requirements:

• Strong domain knowledge of  products.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably SVN.
• Hands-on experience coding and debugging Apex and Visual Force applications.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Familiarity with configuration management and build/release planning.
• Excellent team orientation skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, with minimal supervision.
• Proven success working in a team of experienced Salesforce developers.
• Ability to work under pressure with broad requirements and deadlines.
• Experience with performance tuning and resolving production issues is a plus.
• Understanding of large-scale deployment architecture; exposure to server clusters and scalability issues is advantageous.
• Experience with unit testing/UI automation is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Security industry is an added advantage.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge in own discipline and awareness of other functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Education/

Work Experience:

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from reputed colleges.
• 3-5 years of experience with integrating Configure, Price, Quote applications that maintain product catalog and pricing data.
