You’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and delivering safe, NEC-compliant commercial power solutions—especially at 480V and across 3-phase systems—while helping grow our EV charging footprint.

• Handle all aspects of commercial installations, including EV charging infrastructure.
• Inspect systems, wiring, and equipment to identify faults early.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues; execute necessary job duties with precision.
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to craft the right electrical solutions.
• Adhere to NEC and site safety protocols at all times.

• 7 years as a Lead Electrician.
• Proven 480 Volt troubleshooting expertise.
• Hands-on experience with 3-phase systems.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.

• Journeyman electrician license or 7 years of Lead Electrician experience.
• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 10 or 30 acceptable).
• Local to Boca Raton, FL.
• Capable of 8–14 hour workdays as needed.
• Solid knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and regulations.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial or industrial electrical settings.
• Strong knowledge of systems and equipment; comfortable with all standard tools.
• Clean driving record.
• Self-driven and accountable.
