Aviation Mechanic

Remas Staffing is seeking a skilled and experienced Aviation Mechanic to join our client on a full-time basis. As an Aviation Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of aircraft to ensure their safe and efficient operation.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on aircraft, including but not limited to engines, landing gear, electrical systems, and avionics
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on aircraft
• Repair or replace faulty components and systems
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Stay up to date with new technologies and industry advancements in aviation maintenance
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aviation Mechanic
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
