HVAC Tech

All-Pro Electrical and Air Conditioning is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Technician to represent our company while going into our Boca Raton, FL clients' homes to repair, install, and propose HVAC equipment replacements while keeping up with the manufacturer's recommendations and local codes. We offer this position a $19-$35/hr plus commission. We also provide excellent benefits that include 50% employee paid health insurance, 7 paid holidays, 1 week paid vacation, paid training, Costco membership, and uniforms.

• EPA certification
• Advanced understanding of heating and cooling equipment
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience
• Residential and commercial heating and cooling experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work in confined spaces
